Shipping policy

Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price and will be shown to the customer before completing the purchase, depending on the shipping address for each order.

For orders over €200, shipping is free. For all other situations, shipping costs are as follows:

SPAIN

  • Spain's península: €6 shipping cost
    Delivery within 2–3 working days.

  • Balearic Islands: €12 island shipping cost
    Delivery within 2–5 working days.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €17 shipping cost
    Delivery within 5 working days.

To place an order from outside Spain, please contact us at info@galconstudio.com and we will arrange the shipment of your order.

GALCON STUDIO, S.L. is not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to provide a contact telephone number

  • Carrier strikes or force majeure situations

If the customer does not notice any external damage to the package upon receipt but, after opening it, finds damage caused during transport, they must notify the shipping company within 24 hours to register the issue and contact GALCON STUDIO, S.L. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted as satisfactory. After this period has elapsed, the shipping company considers the goods to be in perfect condition and will not be held responsible for any possible defects.
