Exchanges and returns

We hope you get your purchase right the first time! But if not, you can exchange or return your order within 15 calendar days of receiving it.

Garments must be returned in their original packaging and labeling, properly protected, and in the same condition in which you received them.

CHANGES:

You can exchange the same model and color for 1 size free of charge.

If you exchange one product for another, shipping will be charged as a new order.

RETURNS:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Cost :

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Spain-Peninsula: €5 shipment.

Balearic Islands: €12 shipping.

Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands: €17 shipping.

To make an exchange or return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including all original tags and stickers. Modified products cannot be returned.
  • The customer must have the purchase invoice. If not, it must be registered in the GALCON STUDIO, SL database.
  • The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return.
  • Shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.
